Standard football rules apply:

The home team is  named first and shall supply nets and flags.

The games are 45minutes each way with 15minutes for half time. 
If games are drawn at the end of play, there will be 15 minutes each way of extra time and if games are still

tied they will be decided by a penalty shootout.
Penalty shootout rules require only players on the field at the end of play to be used.
The 10 players to be listed in order of kicking with first five to compete
for a best of five result.
Then if still tied it is sudden-death between the other five.
