(3) Rolling subs - Same as last year
Premier League a maximum of 7 players can be named but only 3 can play.
Division One & Two up to a maximum of 5 rolling subs.
(4) Players playing a lower grade
No restriction in the number of Spirit Players dropping down to the highest
graded team in their club. On the day you have spirit players playing the
equivalent numbers of premiers players can drop down to Division One.
Any other day only 3 players can drop down the grade below them.

Regrading of Players who play a higher grade
No restriction in the number of times a player plays for a higher grade.

Players moving between teams from the same club in the same grade
3 players’ from each team is to be nominated prior 17 April 2010 who can change
between teams from the same club in the same grade.
(7) Team Fees
No change in the amount Southland Football will charge per team $300.00 (GST
incl) for senior team & $192.00 (GST incl) for youth team.
(8) Artificial Surface
The Men’s Committee will cover the cost of the artificial surface for Men’s
competition games for the 2010 season.
This will be reviewed next year. Allocations of games on the artificial surface
are to be shared amongst all teams.
(9) Players Under 15 years
Players who are under the age of 15 in 2010 and wish to play senior football
must apply for dispensation.
Dispensation form must be completed and forward to the Board of Management for
approval.
(10) Team Lists
Team’s lists and their contacts are to be in by 21 April 2010.

Playing Field Charges:
Thistle AFC, Knox Church AFC, Riverton AFC, Enwood AFC & Queens Park AFC will be
charged a fee for cost of O'Rorke Park & Sandy Point as they don’t provide a
playing field.
